CDR Martelley Graham is a native of Denmark, South Carolina. He enlisted in the Navy in 2000 as a Gas Turbine Systems Technician (Electrical). He served onboard USS JOHN YOUNG (DD 973) and USS THE SULLIVANS (DDG 68) until he was selected for the Seaman-to-Admiral program in 2004.
