NIWC Pacific Conducts Change of Charge in Guam

NIMITZ HILL, Guam — Cmdr. Anthony Culwell transferred responsibility as the officer in charge of Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Activity Facility Pacific Guam to Lt. Cmdr. Ryan Maas during a change of charge ceremony at Top O’ the Mar at Nimitz Hill, Guam, July 12.
