NEWPORT NEWS, Va. – Improving the work environment for local Sailors and shipyard workers took another step forward as representatives from the US Navy, Commonwealth of Virginia, City of Newport News, and Huntington Ingalls Industries – Newport News Shipbuilding (HII-NNS) announced plans to construct a new parking structure in Newport News, June 17.
