OKINAWA, Japan — The pharmacy at U.S. Naval Hospital Okinawa (USNHO) recently added a fully automated ScriptCenter in the pharmacy lobby for beneficiaries in Okinawa. Capt. Kathleen Cooperman spoke during the ribbon-cutting to staff and patients in the waiting area about the importance of modernization through innovation. Cooperman mentioned that leveraging technology is a priority of the Defense Health Agency’s Director, Lt. Gen. Telita Crosland.
