NORFOLK, Virginia – Fleet Logistics Multi-Mission Squadron (VRM) 40 the “Mighty Bison” held a change of command ceremony aboard Naval Station Norfolk, May 2. Cmdr. Matthew Boyce, who is from Spokane, Washington was relieved by Cmdr. Mason Fox, who is from Lemoore, California served as the executive officer before assuming the position as commanding officer during the ceremony.
