BUMED Hosts Kaizen Event at NRC [Image 7 of 7]

MILLINGTON, Tenn. (April 12, 2024) Staff from Navy Recruiting Command (NRC) and the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) pose for a group photo during the inaugural BUMED kaizen event at NRC headquarters. Kaizen is a Japanese term meaning change for the better or continuous improvement. It is a structured approach focused on identifying and eliminating roadblocks that hinder a process.
