MILLINGTON, Tenn. (March 28, 2024) Dr. Kevin Sullivan, the executive director of Navy Recruiting Command, speaks during the commanding officer’s offsite conference at the Navy Reserve Center in Millington, March 28. Leaders across Navy Recruiting Command collaborated during an offsite meeting to discuss best practices for successful achievement of recruiting goals. The team explored ways to increase recruiter and command performance, improve management processes, and remove barriers to recruiting operations.
