MILLINGTON, Tenn. (March 27, 2024) Rear Adm. Jeffrey Czerewko, Commander, Naval Education and Training Command, congratulates Rear Adm. Jim Waters as he assumes command of Navy Recruiting Command during a change of command ceremony in Millington, March 27. NRC consists of a command headquarters, two Navy Recruiting Regions and 26 Navy Talent Acquisition Groups that serve more than 815 recruiting stations across the world.
